Shipping policy
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- United States
If your shipping address is outside of these countries, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill your order.
2. Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Shipping methods & delivery times
All orders are shipped with a standard shipping carrier including tracking.
United States: 6-9 business days
Germany: 5–7 business days
Austria: 5–7 business days
Switzerland: 5–7 business days
Please note that delays may occur in individual cases (e.g., due to local public holidays, customs processing, or the shipping carrier).
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country.
Free standard shipping may be offered for certain orders as part of special promotions.
5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
If you have not received shipping information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@roseonsix.com.
6. Customs and import fees (Switzerland only)
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
7. Delivery issues or delays
If any delivery issues occur (e.g., delays or loss), please contact us immediately.
We will reach out to the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
If the address provided is incorrect or delivery is refused, an additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.
