How does the return or exchange process work?
The process is simple and straightforward:

Visit our returns portal and enter your order details to get started.
2. Send your item back
- Exchanges: Completely free — including a prepaid return label.
- Returns: You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Receive your replacement or refund
Once we receive your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–9 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Are there any exceptions?
While we’re happy to offer refunds on eligible items, please note:
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Any added package protection or shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.
