Right of Withdrawal, Return & Exchange Policy

Valid for orders placed from February 03, 2026

This refund policy describes the conditions under which DIGITEAU EUROPE LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) grants refunds for purchases made in our online store.

 


1 - Right of withdrawal

Consumers, within the meaning of applicable law, have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, unless a longer return period has been expressly granted as part of a promotional campaign.

2 - Refund procedure

Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments less any applicable processing fees (see Section 2a), unless otherwise required by law.

  • Initial shipping costs, regardless of whether they were paid by the customer or waived/discounted as part of a promotion, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned items have been received.

 


2a - Returns, exchanges and store credit

Returns:
Regardless of the order value or delivery country, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Germany. In this case, no return label will be provided.

Exchange / Store credit:
In the case of an exchange or if the customer selects store credit, a free return label will be provided. This service is offered to enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainability.

Return after an exchange or use of store credit:
If the entire purchase is cancelled after a free exchange or the use of store credit, the customer must organize and pay for the return shipping. In addition, a processing fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund to cover already incurred shipping and handling costs.

 


2b - Hygiene products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie and other intimate garments are excluded from return or exchange if the hygiene seal has been broken or the packaging has been damaged.

This regulation is based on Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exceptions to the right of withdrawal for: “sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed after delivery.”

Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and intact hygiene seals.

 


3 - Return of goods

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days after the withdrawal notice. The deadline is deemed met if the goods are dispatched before the expiration of the 30-day period.

 


4 - Refusal of delivery

If local customs or tax authorities impose fees upon delivery and the customer refuses acceptance, the goods will be returned to us. A refund will be issued once the return has been received, in accordance with the terms of this policy.

 


5 - Statutory rights

Notwithstanding the exceptions set out in Section 2b, this refund policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal 14-day right of withdrawal and protections offered by payment service providers (e.g. PayPal Purchase Protection).
